My signature class is a 45-minute session focused on burning calories, toning your body, and boosting your mood. We’ll work on developing a disciplined habit of getting fitter and taking care of yourself that you can stick to long term.

QUick Fit

Quick Fit is a 30-minute dynamic, high-intensity class. We’ll glide through exhilarating intervals: 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest. This no-excuse, feel-good experience will energise you for the rest of your day.

zumba

Zumba is a fun and energetic dance workout that combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Feel the rhythm, burn calories, and enjoy every beat as you dance your way to fitness!

gentle stretch and posture

Take a moment to calm your body and mind in this short yet effective class. Focus on basic stretching exercises and improve your posture with gentle, purposeful movements designed to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.

Same price as a small coffee, but way more energising! $5 per class, no fees, no lock-in contracts.
